Oh, where do I begin! I had this beautiful, gorgeous TXT product on my list for YEARS since 2021 when it first came out, but it went out of stock almost immediately. Back then I couldn't have afforded it anyway, but for my 21st birthday this year, I really wanted to purchase this to complete my dream of four years. I searched every single place on the internet but everywhere it was too expensive, until I found this website. I must admit that I was sceptical at first, as I never heard of this website or met anyone who mentioned buying from here. So I contacted your eBay page and they confirmed that this was their actual website. I just want to say a huge thank you for not only your reassuring customer service, but also keeping this product in stock at a reasonable price and letting my dream come true!

The product came packaged beautifully. There was plenty of bubble wrap to secure everything and so that no part of the book would be damaged during transit. The tracking number was great and updated me quickly on where my package was every step of the way, and when I unboxed the book, it was truly magnificent. I was absolutely in love from the moment I unboxed to the moment I finished going through this beautiful pop-up book. Illustrations, colours, story, inclusions, and everything else is so gorgeous that I almost cried. Thank you again so much for shipping this to me so nicely :)
