I highly appreciate kpopmarket giving options for multiple store POB's during pre-order. I ordered the limited along with the regular album versions and digipacks and was able to get 3 different store POB's. I'm extremely happy.

Arrived very well packaged, secure and exactly as described. As an international kpop fan it's not easy getting new items for an affordable price but this site facilitates that with very good shipping costs, especially with large orders, which mine was.

Highly recommend using kpopmarket and I'll be using them again.

Preorder disaster. Sent wrong item!

Preordered thinking will receive album faster. But mistake after mistake.
13 June received wrong item (a music cd)
15 June told that correct item being sent (given tracking details)
19 June - still nothing .. tracking shows item still in Korea!!
Very inefficient lousy service, requested for express shipping of correct photo album to be sent since it was their mistake - but they still sent new package via normal post.
20 June - still waiting for my preordered album n no update in tracking
